Joanna Golińska-Pilarek, logician and philosopher, assistant professor at the Institute of Philosophy of the University of Warsaw. Since 2014, Deputy Director for research and international cooperation at the Institute of Philosophy. 

In 2004 and 2011, Assistant Professor at the National Institute of Telecommunication. She has completed a yearlong fellowship at the University of Helsinki twice. It has made a few short research visits to Spain. Her research interest is focused on Logic and applications of Logic. One of her popular works is the logic for qualitative reasoning and its dual tableaux.  Regarding non-Fregean logics with identity and equivalent meaning connectives. 

She has published several dozen papers in major journals and series. She dedicated her years in publishing her studies.  In 2010-2013, she enjoyed a 3-year scholarship grant for outstanding young researchers from the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
